Am I eligible for a wholesale account?
To meet our eligibility criteria, you must provide us with a current food business registration certificate with your account application.
How can I get a price list?
Please register for an account and you will be sent login details for our online portal where you can view our whole product catalogue with up to the minute pricing, as well as our current specials.
How do I reset my password to the portal?
Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ and enter the email address associated with your account. If you don’t know this email address, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I update my company details?
Please fill out the Update details form on our website with any changes, and we will update your account for you.
What are your order cut off times and delivery information?
The cut off time for orders is 6:30am on the day of dispatch. You can find all shipping information including delivery days, turnaround times and freight costs in our shipping information.
Can we see a list of the books and cookware you stock?
Contact email@example.com if you are interested in our book or cookware range. Please include some details on the type of product you are after.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns on food except for rare instances where the product is faulty. For more details please see our terms and conditions.
Can we shop in store and receive wholesale pricing?
Yes, you can receive wholesale pricing in our retail store. The person purchasing the product must be listed as an authorised purchaser on your account. If you would like to add an authorised purchaser, please fill out the update details form on our website.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay your account by credit card (MC, Visa and Amex) on our online portal, or by calling the wholesale office. Alternatively you can pay by cash or cheque on delivery. If you are direct depositing the funds, these will need to clear before your order is delivered, which could delay turn around time for your order.
Can I collect from you?
You are more than welcome to collect your order during our wholesale operating hours. Updated hours can be found on our website.
Can I subscribe to the wholesale newsletter without being a registered customer?
Yes you can – the sign up link can be found at the bottom of our homepage.
Can I get a special price for bulk?
We offer a number of bulk buy specials on some of our best selling products. The full list of specials can be viewed on our online portal.
