Terms are pre-payment prior to delivery. Please note unless payment is made, the order will be postponed. All deliveries must be signed for. To qualify to apply for a Terms Account: You must spend a minimum of $300.00 per month, for 6 consecutive months.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY: FOOD – Cannot be returned or exchanged. COOKWARE & BOOKS – Within 10 days of purchase with original invoice at the time of item return, and only if the item is unopened, unused and in original resalable condition. If these requirements are not satisfied TEI reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund unless the item is faulty.
