For outer Melbourne suburbs, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula & Regional Victoria, we use HAACP Certified Third (3rd) Party logistics providers (dependent on location).
Any circumstance where a customer does not accept delivery at the time and then wants goods redelivered, many incur additional delivery charges. Any deliveries left by customer request in a specified area, are the responsibility of the customer, as per our Terms and Conditions.
Tasmania Customers – Delivery to Tasmania is to be arranged by yourself. We can deliver to your nominated 3rd Party Carrier if located within the Inner Melbourne Metro area. Freight charges may apply.
Customer collection is welcome from our warehouse from 8am – 3pm weekdays only, with no minimum order value.
Cut-off time for orders is 6.00am on day of dispatch.
